Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon


1 whole egg + 2 egg whites
40-50 g smoked salmon cut into small strips
a bit of water
chives/spring onions
salt/pepper
cumin after taste

Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a large saucepan and scramble. Don't overcook the eggs. Serve with tomato and cucumber.
